Theophilus Asomah-Kyeremeh, a Parliamentary aspirant of the Sunyani West constituency who was disqualified by the National Vetting committee, has pledged his unflinching support for the incumbent MP Hon. Ignatius Baffour.
The aspirant, together with five other persons were not recommended by the vetting committee chaired by Hon. Rita Asobayere.
The aspirant was seeking to unseat the Minister for Employment and labour relations.
“Having been disqualified, I, however pledge my unflinching support for Hon. Ignatius Baffour Awuah the parliamentary candidate in the constituency (Sunyani West) and the party in general. I will work assiduously to ensure that the party retains the parliamentary seat and maximize the Presidential votes in this year’s elections”, the statement said.
